An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a highly successful independent Recruitment Consultancy! As Head of Permanent Sales, the purpose of your role is to increase sales revenue for the branch in Epsom, driving sales and creating new opportunities whilst ensuring that existing business is maintained. You will be reporting directly to the Company Director., * To develop and introduce a strategic sales plan for the Epsom location for Commercial permanent business * To drive new Business Development across the whole of Surrey * To identify new Clients through, research, sales calls and client visits and convert into revenue * To be able to deliver personal revenue consistently * To achieve personal KPI targets * To manage and maintain the growth of all existing clients * To arrange and attend client visits * Constantly strive to improve upon Customer Service * Manage and support Consultants * To introduce, manage and monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPIs for yourself your Sn PC and any support staff * Review sales activity with your Consultant * Agree and review financial revenue with your Consultant * To create sales letters and marketing material for all to be used by the branch * To work with Directors making sure that sales and marketing material is executed and is in line with our Brand, look and style COMMUNICATION * To communicate effectively with the whole team daily, weekly and monthly * To communicate with your Clients daily, weekly and monthly * To be able to write and present informal and formally to your clients regularly * To communicate with your Directors daily, weekly and monthly both verbal and written form * A good basic salary * Excellent commission * 25 days holiday plus 8 day Bank holiday's Your full name Your email address Upload your CV Contact Info Head Office: Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5AD
