A large global manufacturing organisation are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their comprehensive and value-adding HR Service.
You will play an integral part of the HR team, ensuring policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently in line with current legislation and group values.
Key duties:
• To provide a broad generalist HR service, delivered with pace, pragmatism and commercial thinking
• By adopting a collaborative and coaching approach, drive a culture of management ownership of people, plans and goals
• Maintain and regularly report management information on ER cases, issues and trends.
• Manage internal relationships and promptly respond to queries and manage expectations.
• Support with grievance, disciplinary capability investigations and hearings.
Ideally, we are looking for CIPD qualified candidates with significant HR generalist experience within a fast paced manufacturing or similar industry.
