We are looking for a sales specialist with travel sales experience to join an award winning luxury Travel consultancy in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a telephone based sales role where you will work in a team of Travel Advisors selling high end, 5* holidays in the Caribbean. You will manage your own portfolio of quality inbound sales enquiries and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, converting enquiries into bookings by creating the holiday of a lifetime for your customers. PLEASE NOTE: Travel sales experience is essential for this position

• GBP16,000 - GBP17,500 basic based on experience
• Uncapped commission structure based on sales conversion
• Shifts include 2 evenings per week (12:15pm - 9:30pm) and every other weekend (9am-6pm Saturday, 10am - 7pm Sunday) with 2 days off in the week
• AWESOME travel perks including 14 days free accommodation in the Caribbean each year and up to 5 days abroad on familiarisation visits in addition to your annual holiday entitlement.

To succeed in this role you must be an experienced Travel Advisor with at least 18 months travel sales experience. You will be a sales specialist who loves using their excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and will be motivated by achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional levels of customer service. This is a sales role but very much sales through customer service - not sales at all costs! It goes without saying that you must have high level of of computer literacy and be happy using in-house and industry specific software packages.
