HeadNorth Consulting has been retained by one of the UK's most successful and fastest growing Construction Group's to attract a Senior level Quantity Surveyor to join their business in the Inverness/Highlands region of Scotland.

This position offers the chance to join a business turning over in the region of GBP750m annually and an exceptional pipeline of projects across the country. As an established business with a number of specialist divisions they are well positioned to capitalise on future public and private sector projects and continue to grow their Group across all areas of Construction.

WIthin the Group their Timber Engineering Divison supports Buiding projects across the entire UK , providing a service to both internal and external clients. As such it would be beneficial ( but not essential) to have an understanding of the manufacturing process and erecting of timber kit developments, however a strong main contracting background across Buiilding projects would also be highly regarded.

WIthin this role your responsibilities will include,

• Appointing sub-contractors
• Prepare CVR reports
• Prepare cost forecasts
• Negotiate and agree variation
• Attend progress meetings as required
• Prepare final accounts

Given the various locations of the sites and clients, travel will be required and can be discussed upon application.
