Exciting opportunity for a candidate with extensive experience as an Executive PA to work within a social housing company based in the West End of London! A Social housing Company is looking for an experienced Executive PA who has experience working 1 to 1 at Director Level!!**

HOURS: 9am - 5pm

SALARY: GBP35,000 - GBP37,500

LOCATION: West End, London

Office Angels Oxford Street are currently recruiting for a PA who has two to one diary management at board level.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to support 2 of our Group Directors.

We're looking for someone who is energetic and personable with significant experience working at a senior level. The successful candidate should have the ability to understand the needs of a very busy Director by helping to manage both diary and time pressures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver a confidential, highly effective and efficient administration and secretarial support service, using the appropriate information technology
* Draft letters, reports, take meeting minutes and actions, distributing and filing appropriate documentation within agreed timescales, undertaking ad hoc research and general project work as required.
* Provide support in the creation of presentations and communication briefings and maintain an effective bring-forward system for items requiring action or review
* Devise, create and maintain an efficient and effective filing system accessible both to yourself and the Director and, maintain corporate databases, producing reports as and when required.
* Manage diaries effectively, making appointments and managing travel and accommodation arrangements, providing support for the organisation of events

Essential:

* Proven experience of working within a confidential environment
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word
* Proven ability to quickly and accurately type, format and edit reports and other documents.
* Good Microsoft PowerPoint skills and at least moderate Excel skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to prioritise the Director's work schedules and activities
* Well organised including being able to manage e-mails on behalf of the Director
* Excellent oral and written communications

Desirable:

* More advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of the housing sector and main stakeholders
* Experience of client / stakeholder relationship management
