We are currently recruiting to an elegant and chic restaurant Alyn Williams at The Westbury which is a shining star in Mayfair's ever-growing Michelin constellation.A Michelin star, Four AA Rosette Award, top 15 ranking in the UK's 100 Best Restaurants and National Chef of the Year crown have catapulted Alyn and our sophisticated establishment to the top of everyone's fine dining wish list. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Sommelier, preferably within Michelin star or quality fine dining restaurants.You will have a strong knowledge of wines, be presentable, an excellent communicator and a passion for a high standard of service.
