A pioneering UK law firm is looking to hire an individual to assist the executive team with building the practice. This full service firm was established in 2002 and has grown significantly. Based in Central London, it advises well known blue chip companies, high net worth individuals and financial institutions across a range of disciplines. Reporting into the Director of Recruitment (who is also a partner at the firm), you will target and approach lawyers to introduce them to the business. You will be expected to pitch the firm to potential lawyers and assess their suitability. To be considered for the role you must have experience of recruiting lawyers gained in a leading legal recruitment company or law firm. You must be comfortable pitching the firm to very senior individuals and forming relationships with a high volume of candidates. We are looking for an articulate individual who is not afraid of hard work and can work well as part of a dynamic team.
