Salary GBP35k+ negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join the Senior Programme Management Team to work closely with the wider employer solutions and be an integral part of the regional apprenticeship delivery teams to maximise new and repeat business opportunities within Financial Apprenticeships.

As Programme Lead/Senior Trainer Coach/Assessor in AAT/Finance you will be guiding Finance and Accounts Apprentices with the new Standards/Frameworks to plan their activities, develop their skills in the workplace and at training sessions, support them to complete their qualifications through a mix of teaching, assessing, coaching, workplace visits and liaison activities. Our client are looking for candidates with a passion for coaching and assessing people to complete their Finance apprenticeship qualifications and develop their skills in a variety of dynamic roles in the Financial Sector. Ideally you will have experience of delivering the Accounts Assistant Standards which includes AAT.

You will also be a natural and enjoy building good relations with our clients external clients where apprentices are employed

Delivering effective learning in class-based and online study weeks/days and ensuring that apprentices achieve their maximum potential throughout the training programme
Providing appropriate feedback and maintaining records of apprentices' progress and development
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of specialised area
Undergoing regular observations of teaching and learning as part of continuing professional development (CPD)
Undertaking workplace mentoring and coaching
Maintaining excellent communication links and relationships with stakeholders

Essential:
• Relevant sector skill knowledge of the workplace and subjects (AAT / Finance)
• Generic workplace skills knowledge and understanding such as written skills, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and employability etc.

Desirable:

• Experience assessing and coaching
• Knowledge of sector skills, awarding and funding body regulations and Vocational workplace relevant assessor qualification (D31/32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA etc.)
