Our client is a leading specialist in Basement construction they specialise in the basement conversions, excavations and hold a strong profile for projects completed for the clients across London and surrounding regions. Currently they are building their team with additional staff who can help the business reach its maximum potential and as a result they are now looking for a Junior Contracts Manager . The ideal candidate will have basement construction knowledge and hold a degree in engineering. This is really for someone who is looking to come out of a design environment and into a more exciting contracts environment. The company prides itself in their continued growth and feel it is important to fill the position with the right person who fits in with their vision which is to provide their clients with a service next to none
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
Experience within basement constructions
Contract Manager experience (desirable)
At least 2years experience
