Commercial Manager - Offshore Wind

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Commercial Manager - Offshore Wind. This is a newly created role to lead on diversification plans for the business. Working for a well established company who operate in both Germany and the UK and international. This role is based in Berlin with occasional short term European and international travel. Salary - negotiable package. This is a Senior role reporting to the Chief Strategy Director. Target growth is in Wind Energy, offshore services.
You will have a deep market and technical knowledge of subsea, offshore wind and offshore services

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with expert partners
• Identify ommercially viable opportunities for business growth
• Build a team of technical experts and market analysts,

• P&L responsibility for a new venture within the Group's strategy plans for their offshore wind portfolio
  
  Skills & Experience required for the Commercial Manager -Offshore wind role:
  
  At least 5 years' experience and a technical background in the offshore wind market, who has an expert understanding of offshore wind
  Hold a degree in renewables or related engineering fields,
  
  Strong drive and self-starter to remain on top of policy and market developments in Europe and selected international markets.
