Community Associates are the guest experience specialist for our locations. From welcoming customers and guests, to supporting our center operations and sales activities, to maintaining customer relationships, the Community Associates are an integral part of a team that continually works to improve our customer experience.
The hours are 12 to 6 with 30 minutes lunch break. This is a 25 hour working week
You will be bright, motivated, enthusiastic, customer focussed, determined, resiliant and ambitious. You will always look after every customer to the best of your ability and always offer first class customer service

A salary of £16,236 pro rata for 25 hours. This means a basic take home salary of £10,824
