My client, based in Leeds City Centre is looking for two experienced, enthusiastic HR Administrators to join a thriving HR department on a 6 month temporary basis.
The successful candidates will be providing full and comprehensive administrative support to the busy Human Resources team and assisting the HR Advisors. The role will include:
" Processing starters and leavers on the system
" Processing HR documentation
" Dealing with general HR queries via an inbox
" Maintaining HR systems
" Facilitating HR led meetings
" Diary management, ensuring rooms and equipment are prepares in advance for meetings
" Providing general administrative support to the HR team such as scanning and filing of records and correspondence
Applicants must have:
" CPP (Certificate in Personnel Practise) or CPID
" Practical experience of successful performance
" Ability to manage agendas, meeting rooms, invitations and minutes to tight deadlines
" Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
" Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
" Conversant with the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Word.
Candidates must be available for interview between 8th - 10th August and available for immediate start if successful
The hourly pay rate is £8 and the role is located close to Leeds Train Station
