It’s an exciting time for our client as they work towards their Corporate strategy, Next-Gen 2017-2021 and focus on growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.

We are currently seeking two Compliance Administrators, to provide support to the Asset Management team in relation to the management of Landlord Health and Safety Compliance.

As their Compliance Administrator, you will provide a full, effective and efficient administration service for the team. Supporting the asset management team you will collect, input and maintain the compliance system data and ensure its accuracy. A significant part of this role is Liaising with key stakeholders and customers to gain access to properties for compliance activities and assessments, from there you will follow up and respond to enquiries on reports obtained from the properties.

Their successful candidate will have a strong administration background and will also have an understanding of Landlords Health and Safety Compliance. They are looking for a motivated individual, who is IT literate, has good communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

The closing date for this role is 16 August 2018.
Interviews will be held on 22 August 2018.
