£25,000 pro rata Plus Optional Private Healthcare, 28 Days’ Holiday (pro rata) 

Synertec provides complete document control solutions that enable companies to effectively manage and distribute their important communications. We’re now looking for an IT Support Technician to join us on a contract for a minimum of three months. 

As an IT Support Technician, you will: 

- Investigate and resolve hardware and software faults on servers and workstations 
- Install and configure hardware and software 
- Prepare PCs, laptops and mobile phones for new employees 
- Perform routine safety checks 
- Support the IT Team with ad-hoc projects 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Previous commercial experience 
- Experience of providing IT support to end users, including Windows 7, 8 and 10 desktop and laptop support 
- Previous experience of Microsoft Active Directory 
- Experience of configuring workstations 
- Previous experience of Windows Server
