LOCATION: South Mimms, Hertfordshire
JOB TITLE: Bus Drivers - qualified and non qualified
SALARY & BENEFITS: Qualified PCV driver - GBP11.50 to GBP14.00 per hour for the full time role. From GBP80 per day for the school runs. Different rates apply for those undertaking bus driver training
WORKING HOURS: Full time on a rota basis + school runs / rail replacement
THE COMPANY: Our client is a small, friendly bus company based just north of London running local bus routes and railway replacement services.. Due to expansion, they have exciting opportunities available for Bus Drivers to join their team in South Mimms on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE: Your role as a Bus Driver will primarily be to drive the bus on a dedicated route.
Key Responsibilities/duties of a Bus Drivers to include:-
Carrying out daily vehicle checks in line with company procedure prior to leaving depot to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
Comply with all legislation
To remain fully customer focused whilst dealing with our client's customers.
THE CANDIDATE: The candidate will need to be a honest, reliable, friendly and an outgoing person who has excellent communication skills. You will need to live within a commutable distance to South Mimms and have your own transport.
Key experience essential for the role of Bus Drivers:-
Looking for both non experienced PCV drivers and non experienced car drivers to train as bus
drivers
Must have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
3 points on your licence or less
