SES Water supplies water to 685,000 people in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton, and Croydon, as well as across East Surrey and parts of Kent. We are a forward thinking, innovative company that is highly regarded for our efficiency and customer service.

We now have an opportunity for a Network Analyst to join our Networks team in Redhill to assist with the coordination and administration of the department.

Within this role you will instigate TMA (Traffic Management Act) permits for company works and liaise with the relevant authorities as appropriate to minimise risk to the Company. You will need to have strong communication skills as you will be providing specialist advice to customers, contractors, developers, authorities and employees of all levels. You will also be responsible for providing responses to conveyancing queries and will assist with the the development of the conveyancing service offered.

With a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) and ideally an HND / HNC qualification, the successful candidate will have a professional telephone manner and good MS office skills; particularly Word and Outlook.

You will need to have knowledge of TMA Noticing and / or Conveyancing along with any issues that surround these and you will ideally have knowledge and experience of the water industry. The ability to work well under pressure, make effective decisions, prioritise and manage your own workload is essential. An understanding of the Water Act and Water Fitting Regulations would be advantageous.
