reputable consultancy over this time.

We have recently set up a picturesque office in Swansea and require a
trainee recruitment consultant and an experienced recruitment
consultant to help set up the Swansea branch.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

You'll join the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, where
initially, on the job training & development will be a large part of
your day.

You will learn to manage your own client portfolio and run a business
within a business as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

A trainee recruitment consultant's typical day will include:

Business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates,
marketing, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining
client relationships, hitting targets!

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Profile:

We are also looking for an experienced consultant, the experienced
consultant will have strong links to businesses in South Wales and
have proven track record of hitting targets.

IOS work within a number of sectors and applicants with recruitment

The scope for real progression is a very real one as the business
currently has two other branches in the Rhondda and Cardiff as well as
a 55 bed care home and a seperate domiciliary care business.
