We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Lead L&D Partner (Design) to join a global organisation for a job share opportunity. This role will be working 17.5 hours per week: Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 5pm, and Wednesdays 1:30pm to 5pm. Please note that there is no movement with the hours.
The pain purpose of this position is to develop the skills of future colleagues, as well as existing managers and leaders, through multi-media materials, via an effective and easily accessible system, which adds value to all individuals and drives a competitive advantage for the business.
You will be responsible for building and managing a 'design hub' for L&D, ensuring it is relevant and representative of the organisation. Designing and continuously improving all templates, resources and tools; ensuring they're fit for purpose and future use; taking into account the end-user experience.
This role would suit somebody who is genuinely passionate about developing others, enabling them to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a background in design, as well as knowledge of various learning software, and strong multi-media knowledge.
Our client is looking for a coach who enjoys building effective relationships with others, is self-motivated and forward thinking.
