A well-established, forward thinking firm are seeking an NQ Residential Property & Private Client Solicitor to join their office in Rochester. With another office in Kent the firm have great presence and excellent reputation.

NQ + experience will be considered for this role and the successful Solicitor will work alongside experts in the field managing a mixed caseload.

They will also look at an experienced Property & Private Client Paralegal for this role if the candidate can demonstrate great skills and knowledge in these areas of law.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a mixed caseload of freehold leasehold sales and purchases, buy to let, re-mortgages, equity transfers, tenancy agreements, leases, gifts of property, wills, probate and LPA's
• Attending to clients of the firm
• Drafting various legal documentation
• Dealing with complex matters
• Active involvement in business development and networking
