Our client is one of the UK’s largest distributors of leading branded and own-branded medical consumables to all areas of the healthcare market. Part of a fast growing FTSE 100 international and outsourcing group, they offer a range of traditional and bespoke supply chain solutions to meet their customers’ requirements in today’s rapidly changing healthcare environment.
They are now looking for an Inventory Administrator to manage the goods in booking in process for their four mainland depots.
Their Inventory Administrator will deal with emails and phone calls from suppliers who are wanting to book goods in and liaise with the Warehouse Goods In teams to ensure level loading of inbound goods. You will also be responsible for chasing overdue purchase orders and interfacing with Inventory Controllers to ensure the correct prioritisation of goods.

They are looking for an individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to create and maintain good working relationships with key people at each site. You’ll need to be able to analyse and quickly breakdown problems in a logical manner and use appropriate initiative to make timely decisions which take into effect that decision will have, both short and long term. They’ll also need you to be a strong team player and computer literate to include experience of Microsoft Office.
