Our client is a forward-thinking social organisation that positively impacts communities. They're also proud to create opportunities that make things happen - for people, families, homes and communities. They're a busy team with lots to do and can only achieve this if they've got the right resources so look for people and partners with as much enthusiasm and passion as they have for making things happen.

They are currently looking to recruit for a Planner to join them to control and monitor the daily work activity using the organisations IT system to ensure that work is allocated and delivered to agreed business priorities and in the most cost-effective way.  This is a fixed term contract role to cover a period of maternity leave.

Monitoring the incoming work raised by the service centre, you will conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on enquiries and complaints; updating the IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and liaising with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified time.

You must also liaise regularly with other relevant departments to ensure that service is delivered to the organisations service delivery standards and undertake administrative duties to support the team.

With a full range of administration skills and experience of operating a computerised database (ideally Opti-Time), candidates must be able to use Microsoft Office software (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) and be capable of working to deadlines and communicating with both internal and external customers.  Any experience gained within a social housing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

As well as a competitive salary and a generous holiday entitlement, our client offers a range of benefits for a rewarding career including a health cash plan, pension scheme, child care vouchers and staff discount club membership. We’ll also make sure you get the training and benefits you deserve.

Our client is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
