Do you have previous experience in an email marketing/CRM position?
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager on behalf of a specialist insurance company to take responsibility for planning and implementing the CRM strategy for their brands as well as actively seeking new marketing opportunities.
On a daily basis you will develop CRM strategies, create innovative marketing campaigns, map and analyse market trends plus the customer journey, ensure their in-house database is segmented for the purpose of targeted marketing, spot and gain greater insight into the needs of customers through data analysis, segmentation and insight and also work cross-functionally to support content creation.
