Paralegal- Real Estate
Cathedral Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Law graduate to join a prestigious, progressive law firm as a Paralegal within their Real Estate team based in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have achieved a 2:1 or above within their Law (LLB) degree and be looking to start their career within Property Law.
Responsibilities will include: -
* You will support the Fee Earners with a full range of Real Estate legal services for a varied client base, including private and public sectors, both within the UK and internationally
* Clients include regional and national developers, regional investment companies, waste operators, Colleges and local authorities. Matters relate to real estate, commercial and residential developments, energy and waste projects, education property investment, healthcare, self-invested pension schemes and retail franchising
Requirements include: -
* You will be a Law graduate, with a minimum grade of 2:1
* You will ideally also have completed your LPC, but this is not essential
* You will be dedicated to a career in Law
* You will be self-motivated and eager to learn
* You will have excellent IT skills and be meticulous and thorough in order to deliver high quality work
* You will be ambitious and keen to become a qualified Lawyer as part of a highly successful and well-regarded Real Estate team
