Salary: GBP18,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
On Target Earnings: GBP25,000
Location: Epping
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays

Some previous sales experience is really helpful but if you have all the above attributes then our ongoing, award-winning- training will support your development and help you become the best you can be. Nothing beats hard work however so you will need to embrace this and have a sheer determination to get it right.
Much of your day will be on the telephone, talking to customers and helping them achieve their dream move. The more customers you speak to, the better you will perform. Outbound calls are the key to your success as are asking the right questions in order to develop new business. Booking appointments for valuations, viewings, mortgage appointments etc., will all help you reach your targets.
Having said all this we are a company with strong values and morals. Courtesy, honesty, trust and respect towards both our colleagues and our customers are what we stand for. Couple this with positivity, resilience and putting in the effort you really won't go far wrong.
Your commission is personal to your results and your expected Year 1 earnings will be up to GBP25,000. However, as you develop your skills and progress up the promotional ladder, your earnings can easily reach 3 or 4 times that amount
