An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Client Representative to join their Capital Programme Team. Reporting to the Managing Client Representative, you will assume full responsibility and ownership for the administration and management of projects, working collaboratively with other team members and service providers to ensure their successful completion.
This will involve leading the project team, ensuring that best practices are followed, achieving value for money and ensuring that the department maximises its contribution to the company’s strategic objectives. An exceptional communicator, you’ll develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with stakeholders and provide timely, professional and accurate communications to ensure the relevant persons are informed of progress.
They are looking for a positive and proactive leader with the drive and determination to make a significant contribution to the business, its growth and improvement. With significant and proven experience of working in a technical environment, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering high value, high impact construction/engineering projects to time, cost and quality standards.
With experience of leading a programme of work and managing a team of professionals, you will be able to demonstrate experience of general professional disciplines including programming, quantity surveying, contract management and design. Membership of a relevant technical institution is required and a degree or equivalent in surveying, construction or engineering would be advantageous.
