Recruitment Advisor - Nottingham - 6 month FTC - GBP20K - GBP25K
Our client, a global organisation, are now looking for an experienced Recruitment or Resourcing Advisor to join their busy Nottingham site during a period of peak recruitment for the next 6 months
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for all volume recruitment with out clients call centre operations business. This will include:
•Write external adverts to provide a strong flow of applications for all roles
•Monitor all applications online and when necessary suggest ways to improve the candidate flow
•Run weekly assessment centres for all roles
•Conduct competency based interviews
•Offer successful candidates verbally and in writing
•When required by the business, recruit for all internal roles across all levels
•Create assessment material
•Create MI reports for senior management
You will also help to administer testing as part of the assessment process and will also help get involved in developing a local attraction pipeline that may require you to attend local jobs fairs, and recruitment events. Communication is also very important; you will need to build relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, colleagues within HR as well as external organisations and recruitment agencies
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience from within a high volume recruitment role, either in-house or agency, from a commercial setting. HR experience would be a benefit too as would knowledge of the local job market.
