Finance Business Partner

A leading consumer business with a reputable and recognised brand range is currently seeking an accomplished Finance Business Partner to work and support Business Unit Managers. The role will support the business in achieving planned strategies and goals, whilst providing support where required by the divisions to deliver quality products. You will ensure that the correct financial controls are implemented in all areas and drive efficiencies and improvements where needed.

Working closely with senior management, the responsibilities and duties will be broad and varied. You will ultimately challenge, advise and provide leadership and partnering to the Business Managers and marketing teams - covering areas of sales, expenditures, operating margins etc. in order that sales and margin commitments are met. You will work closely with the teams to aid in operational decisions and targets, advising on analytics and understanding the key business drivers. Key to the role will also be instigating positive change - streamlining and improving frameworks and giving strategic guidance.

The successful applicant will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and hold a numerate degree. You will also be able to demonstrate business partnering and influencing skills, ideally from the manufacturing or consumer industry. This is an influential role that offers an excellent opportunity to improve business performance and take ownership of the EMEA region in relation to supply chain.
