Working in a unionised fast paced environment you with partner with the business to drive change, upskill management and deliver a commercial HR service in line with the people and business strategy. The growing, global, matrix organisation had invested in brand new offices and offers an excellent benefit package.
The role will involve supporting managers with complex ER cases, TUPE transfers and contract variations. A strong technical background is needed alongside the ability to truly partner with managers and add value to the business.
