Our client based in North Leicestershire, have a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their friendly, dynamic and passionate team on a full time, permanent basis. This position will be partly office based and partly field based.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales:

* Maximising availability and display within all stores
* Working with commercial team to analyse store level data to highlight key priorities and gaps at a store-level
* Managing day to day relationship with the stores across all retail channels - with specific focus on retailers where most value can be added
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with store management including managers, stock control, and Regional Managers where agreed
* Sharing best practice, communicating relevant, accurate and timely business information to appropriate teams
* Developing store level relationships to ensure 100% availability of the range
* Gaining as much extra display space as possible
* Placing additional POS where possible
* Carrying out In-Store sampling activities

Marketing:

* Contributing to the development of the 12 month integrated communications plan.
* Acting as the 'voice of the consumer' within the business and championing the Brand internally and externally
* Leading all online/social media comms activity, ensuring tone of message is on-brand and strategy is in place for greater engagement/reach
* Organising consumer shows and consumer facing
* Analysing success of shows based on agreed KPI's
* Responsibility for managing spend within given projects
* Observes business etiquette and confidentiality at all times
* The job holder is responsible for his/ her own health and safety and that of others in accordance with Company policies and procedures
* The jobholder will attend training courses, company meetings and other events as required
* Demonstrates a commitment to equal opportunities and diversity
* The jobholder will carry out such other reasonable tasks that may from time to time be allocated
