BS Social Care is a leading national recruitment agency specialising in the supply of social care workers, we have an opportunity for a Resourcer/Recruitment Consultant to join our branch in Leeds.
Working within a culture that promotes teamwork and personal responsibility , you will play a key part in continuing the success of this branch. The role is placing candidates in Permanent job roles.
From registering candidates, to advertising your roles, promoting sales, managing your caseload & payroll no day is ever the same in this role.
To be considered you will need:
Confident on the phone with the ability to speak with decision makers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Have a track record in business development.
Be results driven with the ability to achieve targets.
Previous exposure to Social Care would be beneficial but is not essential.
