Salary: £35,000 per annum

Full Time: 37 Hours per week (Monday – Friday)

We are seeking a proven Customer Insight and Research lead to develop the business approach to obtaining and keeping up to date customer profiling information and to grow a wider portfolio of customer research activities and satisfaction monitoring. 

This newly created role will be working within the Customer Insight and Experience Team of 5 people. The successful individual will be responsible for providing intelligence and holistic insight into the ‘voice of the customer’ working alongside the Business Transformation Team to ensure the customer voice influences priorities for improvement and drives change.

Resourceful, analytical and with the confidence to challenge assumptions with evidence based results are important qualities for this position.
