Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Full Time: 37 Hours per week (Monday – Friday)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our Customer Insight and Experience Team. Partnering with a designated area of the business working to improve the delivery of their service/s  the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a critical role in the management of complaints, analysing trends in customer dissatisfaction and ensuring service improvements are made and appropriate lessons learnt.

Reporting to the Customer Experience and Insight Manager within a team of 5, you will work alongside one other Customer Experience Business Partner. Contributing to policy development and assisting in the role-out of relevant internal training to further enhance our performance reputation in the business.
