Sales Negotiator

Basic Salary: £15,000 - £18,000
OTE: £30,000 +

A local estate agency is looking for an enthusiastic, commission driven Sales & Lettings Negotiator who can start immediately.

The ideal candidate should have good people skills as this role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people. Good customer service skills are essential with a friendly and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position. Operating in a very busy office, they need a negotiator who copes extremely well under pressure and remains calm and focused at all times. Organisational skills are key in this role, along with good PC skills, good communicator, team player and with the ambition to excel in the industry.

This is a permanent position and experience preferable but not essential. You should have your own car and you will receive a car allowance.

Your basic salary will depend upon your experience, in addition you will also earn commission.
