Full Time and Flexible Part Time Roles

We are looking for bubbly enthusiastic people to work in our call centre to contact our existing customer data base to look at getting the best possible package for our customers.

You should be able to:

  • Work to key KPI’s and make contact and talk to customers to establish their needs in order to retain their existing connection(s) and maximise on the full potential by looking for new opportunities.
  • You should also be able to sell O2 products, mobile and broadband and other future products and services.
  • Explaining and promoting the product to prospective customers and being able to use the provided IT systems in the correct manner and update data correctly.
  • Ensure your knowledge is up to date in light of new releases and product launches.
  • Achieve KPI’s given by Line manager
  • Any other reasonable requests.
