B2B Customer Service Co-ordinator

Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of their client, a successful, international packaging supplier.

This is a challenging role involving buying, customer service and business support which will require someone with great attention to detail, interpersonal skills and that enjoys multi tasking.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end to end process on behalf of international suppliers whilst providing an excellent level of customer service.

THE ROLE

• Full responsibility for customers orders from receipt to delivery
• Build sustainable relationships with suppliers and customers
• Negotiate the supply of goods and services
• Book road transport for UK & International deliveries
• Resolve transport & shipment issues
• Communicate with customers at all times
• Credit management

THE CANDIDATE

• B2B customer service experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Confident
• Good attention to detail
• Good listener and multi tasker
• An additional European language (would be an advantage)
