Our prestigious client in Grantham is looking for skilled Manufacturing Operatives to join their fantastic company. They will contribute as part of a team to a daily production adherence plan through the efficient & safe manufacture of furniture to the required quality standard.
No experience is necessary for this position as full training will be given
You must have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work, be physically fit, and be flexible in terms of work patterns, duties and work location. Pay attention to detail, be highly motivated to achieve results (100% daily plan adherence with zero Quality Defects), be able to communicate effectively and be a team player.
This position is Monday to Friday 6am - 14. Starting pay is £8p/h increasing after 12 weeks
