Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity within a challenging environment where you are keen to succeed and be part of fun & friendly team?
You will be responsible for promoting and selling the products to a broad range of customers, with the aim of exceeding budgeted targets, whilst maintaining expected company standards.
Your main duties will be:
* To respond quickly, thoroughly and effectively to inbound Sales Enquiries, (via telephone, electronically or in person) by qualifying the needs of the customer and so identifying opportunities to up-sell and on-sell.
* To convert those Enquiries into profitable sales, with the aim of exceeding budgeted targets across the range of products.
* To capture and accurately input customer data to the company database thus enabling future contact and marketing opportunities.
* To proactively identify new Sales Opportunities through research and present to the Group Sales Manager with the aim of creating new revenue sources.
* To deliver the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times and to promote and maintain the professional image of the Company by ensuring high standards of both professional and personal presentation.
* To have a degree of flexibility within the specified working hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

* Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
* A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives and private individuals alike.
* Empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
* Well-presented and businesslike.
* Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
* IT Skills: Must be adept with the use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, and be able to quickly gain an understanding of the Company's bespoke IT system.
* Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate experience and success in managing contracts or account customers, as well as consumers, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
Salary - GBP18K Basic plus uncapped commission. OTE GBP35k
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and occasional Saturday
