Monday - Friday

Are you looking for a new challenge? My client offer a range of services from internal and external cleaning to ground maintenance and rope access work and they are looking to expand their Accounts team and welcome an experienced Accounts Assistant.
This is a really exciting time to be joining my client as the business is forever growing and they are looking for somebody who wants to develop with them. The ideal Accounts Assistant will have at least 1 years experience within a similar role and able to pick things up very quickly. A vast knowledge of SAGE will be advantageous.
The duties and responsibilities the Accounts Assistant will be:
• Creating invoices from job sheets for a range of customers
• Some credit control
• Raising credit notes
• Producing aged debt reports
• Issuing customer statements
• Invoice query resolution
• Maintaining and updating pricing/work schedules
• Looking after purchase invoices, purchase credit notes and supplier accounts
The experienced Accounts Assistant will have:
• 1 years experience working within a high volume sales invoicing environment
• Experienced working within a past paced environment
• Able to work as part of a very busy team
• A excellent knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and Microsoft excel
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Other accountabilities for the Accounts Assistant:
• To form productive and professional relationships with the accounts departments of our customers and suppliers
• To be the first point of contact for customers
• To work with our customers to resolve any invoicing and account queries to provide long term solutions
• To continually grow and improve the business
• Helping to solve day to day problems
• To assist other areas of the business if needed
• To follow the companies waste and recycling policies
