Hart Resourcing is currently looking for a On-site Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Northampton (Brackmills Ind Estate) ideally someone who can speak an East European language. In this role you will be looking after a client within the warehouse and logistics industry. The role is based on the client site and includes covering reception desk
The role
* Offering a salary of GBP22-GBP24k depending on experience
* Days of work: Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1700
* Full training given
* Free On -site parking
The duties
* Advertising jobs
* Pre-screening candidates over the phone and face to face
* Interviewing candidates
* Booking candidates for work on a daily and weekly basis
* Client check-ins
* Hours management
* Processing timesheets
* Admin duties
* Also answering telephone and meet and greet while covering reception
The candidate
* Fast thinker
* Reliable
* Able to multi task
* Good attention to details
* Efficient and organized
* Excellent communications Skills
* Good telephone manner
