National Account Manager - Christchurch - BH23 - Up to GBP55,000 DOE
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join a well established and expanding company who are a market leader in their industry. You will have responsibility for their global Amazon business with a focus on driving revenue and managing relationships with brand partners. You will manage a team of 6 and operate as an inspirational Digital Sales Advocate.
Role and Responsibilities of National Account Manager:-
• Promotional planning and execution
• Forecasting and financial projections - monthly, quarterly, annually
• Internal stakeholder management
• Management and development of Digital marketing initiatives
• Pro-active approach to Account Management to develop and achieve full account potential
• In-depth and up to date eCommerce market knowledge to explore new business and channel opportunities
• Analyse stock in channel to ensure the most efficient use of working capital and minimise company exposure
• Research and utilise business intelligence regarding competitor activity and business situations
• Generate and submit all reports, detailed contract reports and forecast on time - to a consistently high standard
• Brand Management and negotiation to include; identification of news brands, execution within the channel and negotiation to secure best commercial support
• Contribution to wider strategic business objectives
The Ideal National Account Manager Profile:-
• Commercial experience and negotiation through ownership: pricing, terms, accruals
• Proven experience to build relationships and influence at all levels both internally and externally
• Commercial and business acumen
• Experience of digital FMCG sales management, ideally working with Amazon and global market places
• Proven track record in managing and developing people
• Strong negotiation skills in relation to pricing, terms and accruals
