JOB TITLE: Finance Administrator
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive dependant on experience
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a family run roofing business with over 40 years collective roofing industry experience. They are based in Northampton, although they do work throughout the UK. They are now looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team on a full time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities for the Finance Administrator role to include:-
• Typing up quotes
• Chasing aged debtors
• Processing wages
• Application for payments
• Raising invoices/credit notes
• Acquiring insurances
• Filing documents
• Booking training
• General office administration
• Ad hoc duties
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a flexible individual who likes a varied job role. You will ideally have experience using Sage however this is not essential.
Key experience essential for the role of the Finance Administrator:-
• A minimum of 1 years experience working within Finance
• Live within a commutable distance to Northampton
