Responsibilities:
Reception duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
- Answering the phone and dealing with calls appropriately
- Preparing refreshments and meeting rooms
- Booking meetings and organising the team calendar
- Keeping reception area and meeting rooms tidy
- Receiving and distributing parcels
PR administrative duties (full training will be given)
- Processing media cuttings
- Calling journalists regarding PR campaigns
- Assisting with compilation of client reports where required
- Building media databases
Requirements:
- Good IT skills, in particular the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A friendly, welcoming and professional manner
- Confidence in speaking to people from all walks of life
- A tidy, conscientious person who takes pride in their work
- Being prepared to 'muck-in' whatever the requirements - no two days here are ever the same!
- A meticulous organiser with a keen eye for detail
- Full clean driving licence with own car
