This Hemel Hempstead based establishment is looking to add a general Site Manager to their team. The role will be based upon a split shift which is 7am-9pm and 12-6pm
The employer is an educational establishment who require someone to take overall responsibility for the grounds as well as taking control of maintenance , basic DIY, planning and organising etc
The job role includes being a designated key holder, arranging for general maintenance, health and safety checks of buildings and purchasing premises related equipment.
The ideal candidate will have general DIY ability together with good written and verbal communication skills. Other requirement include managing staff where required, monitoring progress,customer service skills, planning and organisational ability.
The successful candidate will need to undergo a successful DBS check prior to employment, They also will require a NVQ level 2 or equivalent education.
The salary will vary dependent on the candidate and will range between £17,500-£19,000
