12-month fixed-term contract
25 hours over 5 days per week – Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm

Our client a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live.  They manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and their residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.

Are you customer-focussed, with excellent problem-solving skills and a professional, friendly manner?  If delivering excellent customer service is your passion and you enjoy using your initiative to confidently help a diverse range of customers, sometimes in difficult or sensitive situations, then they would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:

multi-functional contact centre experience
ability to effectively deal with a wide range of customer enquiries to achieve positive solutions
confidence in dealing with customers and the skills to respond to enquiries in a sensitive and confidential manner
willingness to go that extra mile – and then some more – to meet our customers’ needs
pro-active, can-do, positive attitude and a commitment to improving service
flexible approach and ability to adapt to change within a fast-paced contact centre environment
ability to effectively and efficiently use a range of IT systems.
