The Company:

My client is a nationally reputed Commercial Property Consultancy based in brand new offices in Letchworth. With a portfolio of works which covers Planning, Surveying, Real Estate and Property Management the company services a variety of prestigious Clients in the Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use sectors. An increase in project load, added to internal movements has resulted in this urgent need for a commercially aware APC Building Surveyor to join it's award winning team.

Duties:

A completely varied position, you will work as part of a team of 20 conducting a range of Professional Services including Building Surveys, Party Walls servicing, Defects Analysis, Contracts Administration, Dilapidations and more - all while working on your APC to Chartered level. The role will also allow you to develop your Project Management experience while increasing your exposure to client and relationship development.

Experience:

To be considered, my client is seeking a Graduate calibre Building Surveyor to have a minimum of 12 months experience, ideally within a Consultancy. If you are already a Chartered Building Surveyor or working towards your APC your application will also welcome.
