About the Role

Joining us as Group Auctioneer, you will be responsible for car and light commercial auctioneering, supporting the auction process to ensure customer service excellence is delivered at all times.

Ensuring that the widest buyer audience is engaged and optimum sale values are achieved, you will drive activity and growth in all routes to market (physical and online) and build productive relationships with the auction centre teams, vendors and buyers by acting as a product specialist. You will assist our auction centres with pre-sales checks in relation to vehicle descriptions and sale day process including provisional bids and valuations, and support the resolution of customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are dealt with effectively and efficiently to mutual satisfaction for both parties.

About You

Do you have proven auctioneering experience? Do you have the ability to value both car and LCV products and forecast market trends? If so, then we would love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to position car and LCV market information appropriate to the market place and who is results focused and able to work in line with set targets. Able to work on own initiative, you will be able to analyse and interpret data and have good conflict management skills to allow you to resolve customer complaints to a mutual satisfaction.
