Due to the success and growth of the company, they are now seeking a replacement Credit Controller to join their team in Coalville, which is easily commutable from Loughborough and Leicester.

Your Role: 

As a Credit Controller, you will be tasked with supporting the Accounts Team with credit control and accounts receivable activities. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Resolve outstanding debts 
- Enter customer receipts for all three ledgers onto Sage 
- Issue invoices and credit notes 
- Reconcile receipts against invoices, and monthly aged debt 
- Maintain customer records and the Credit Hound system 
- Work with other departments to support customer journeys and maximise sales 
- Review existing processes with an eye for improving them and maximising efficiency 

About You: 

To be considered as a Credit Controller, you will need: 

- Credit control experience 
- Strong IT skills 
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths 

Experience with Sage would be beneficial to your application.
