Legal Secretary - Civil Litigation
My client is one of the Midlands most respected and well known Legal Firms and they currently have a vacancy for a professional Legal Secretary to join their Civil Litigation department in their busy Bromsgrove office, on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be responsible for undertaking all work of a secretarial nature that will be requested of you including audio typing, word processing and assisting with file management. You will also be responsible for the organisation of the work diary and ensure all appointments are set up and confirmed for clients and staff alike.
As well as that you will be dealing with filing, storage, and the retrieval of client`s papers and files ensuring they are kept confidential and safe in accordance with firm policies.
Ideally you will have a successful working background as a Legal Secretary and a stable, successful work history. Experience of working in Civil Litigation would be advantageous but not essential.
You must be organised, have the ability to work well under pressure and working to deadlines is fundamental. You must also possess excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
Experience with SOS is desirable.
In return you will be offered a salary of up to £17,000 which is dependant on experience, and a full time, permanent position within a fast growing, successful Legal Firm.
