Senior Support Worker - Autism

Established and growing supported living company based in Bristol are seeking a Senior Support Worker for their service based in Bristol. Great pay, training and career opportunities.

The Senior Support Worker is a full time position, 35 hours a week, working to a varied shift pattern covering Monday to Sunday, mornings, evenings and sleep ins. This post is paid at GBP9.00 per hour plus sleep in payments. OTE GBP19,000.

Senior Support Worker main duties:

* Line manage a team of qualified support workers
* Provide high quality person centred care
* Ensure all care is being delivered to the individual's care plan

Senior Support Worker requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 (or be willing to work towards)
* Prior experience working with learning disabilities and/or supported living
* Car and vehicle

Location: Bristol
Salary: GBP19,000 (OTE)
