Deputy Manager - Supported Living

Established not for profit supported living company based in Gloucester is seeking a Deputy Manager for their service based in Gloucester. Great pay, training and career opportunities.

The Deputy Manager role is a full time position, 40 hours a week, working to a varied shift pattern and administration hours. This post is paid at GBP10.00 per hour plus sleep in payments. OTE GBP22,000.

Deputy Manager main duties:

* Line manage a team of qualified support workers
* Provide high quality person centred care
* Ensure all managerial paperwork is completed on time and accurately

Deputy Manager requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 (or be willing to work towards)
* Prior experience working with learning disabilities and/or supported living
* Car and vehicle

Location: Gloucester
Salary: GBP22,000 (OTE)
